For security reasons, we don't accept payment over the phone.
We work with a number of delivery organisations to get our products delivered to you.
Unfortunately, Resource Furntiure cannot deliver to all delivery locations, or outside Australia.
Signature on delivery is required for service provided. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery.

In case of any problems with your delivery, Resource Furniture will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call the Resource Furniture within 24 hours from the delivery date.

We understand that assembly can be daunting, but rest assured that our products are designed with ease of assembly in mind. Here are a few tips to help make the process go smoothly:
- Our step-by-step instructions are easy to follow, and our customer service team is available to assist with any questions you may have.
- All necessary tools, including Allen keys and screws, are included in the box. A screwdriver may be needed to assemble some products which is not included with the product.
- If you have experience using power tools, you may find that it speeds up the process.
- To ensure a stress-free experience, set aside some time and space for assembly, and enlist the help of a friend or family member if necessary.
If you’re regretting a purchase you recently made, you can cancel the order, please note that the order has to be cancelled prior to the order being dispatched.
